The Liput Group is made up of professionals and support staff who have an average of 20 years or more experience in corporate, real estate, banking, finance, technology, private equity and turnaround management  issues typically facing small, medium and large lenders every day. 

Managing Partner Andrew Liput, BA, MA, JD, has been a real estate, banking and corporate attorney for nearly 25 years.  He served as general counsel to various companies, specializing in business and corporate law, before working in the mortgage banking industry as a senior vice president and general counsel to a large regional lender.  In that capacity he developed an expertise in employment and contract law, and lender issues, such as regulatory, compliance, investor relations, industry contracts and agreements, and mortgage fraud detection and loss mitigation strategies. 

Andrew is an honors graduate of Drew University (1984) and Fordham Law School (1987).  Andrew also did post-graduate work at NYU in New York City (1996) and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. (1998). He is presently a candidate for a Masters in Theology degree at Northwestern.  He is admitted to practice as a lawyer in NY, NJ, CT, and NC

Mr. Liput has written numerous articles for industry publications such as The Mortgage Press, Secondary Market Investor, Mortgage Banking and others.  He hosts a nationally-known financial industry blog which can be accessed by a link on our home page,
speaks at mortgage conferences on industry issues, and as an innovator designed and implemented a unique program to address fraud at mortgage and real estate closings nationwide.

Mr. Liput taught business and employment law for almost 15 years at universities in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina. He has been invited to train and lecture to corporations all over the Northeast, and has conducted specialized workplace anti-discrimination training for almost 10,000 employees.  He recently authored the book "Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Your RIghts in the Workplace," published by Xlibris in 2009.

Peter J. Adamski, MBA, CPA, has over 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive in the pharmaceutical, biopharma, medical device, calibration instruments and automotive parts distribution industries.  His expertise in turnaround management includes cash flow control and analysis, loan negotiations, profitability analysis and the sale of underperforming lines of business.  Mr. Adamski has managed business activities in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, and has overseen acquisition integration, restructuring and SOX compliance.

Mr. Adamski was most recently a director at NachmanHaysBrownstein, Inc, a leading turnaround management consulting firm.  Peter is also the former CFO of Aptuit, Inc., CFO & Treasurer of Barrier Safe Solutions International and CFO of McNeil Specialty Products Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, along with having served as Interim CFO & Treasurer of Transmation, Inc. and as CFO & Treasurer of Hahn Automotive Warehouse, both NASDAQ-listed companies.  Mr. Adamski earned a Master of Business Administration in Professional Accounting and a Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University.  He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of CPAs, the Financial Executives International (FEI) and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).  He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey but does not actively practice accountancy.

Wayne B. Doctor is the the former chief operating officer and overall operations manager for numerous mortgage banks in New York and New Jersey.  A professional consultant to the banking industry and expert witness in civil litigation matters in support of foreclosure defense and predatory lending lawsuits.  Mr. Doctor spent many years on Wall Street before entering into the real estate and mortgage banking field where he now has more than 20 years of experience.


Michael Gliottone, BA owned and operated North Star Funding Corporation, a licensed mortgage banker and broker.  He also owned and operated Premium Real Estate Settlement Services, operating as Press Title, an agent of Stewart Title Company.  

Mr. Gliottone has over 20 year’s of experience as a loan originator, loan processor, loan underwriter, QC manager and mortgage fraud audit expert. Mr. Gliottone is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, School of Business, in Providence Rhode Island.

Fred Stringham, has more than 10 year's experience in banking and finance as the former owner and manager of a mortgage brokerage business. He has indepth knowledge of operations, underwriting, credit risk, secondary sales, and loss mitigation issues. 

Betty Rodriguez
is a paralegal with more than 20 years experience working at major law firms around the metropolitan New Jersey area before settling in with The Liput Group.  She offers clien support services and assists in client matter intake and status coordination on all LG consulting  matters.  She is fluent in Spanish and is a valuable member of the support staff team.
