At Liput Law Offices PC we believe it is important to give back to the communities where we do business. It is not enough to provide services for a fee, we also understand it is important to help those in need who cannot afford help, and also to reinvest our profits in the people and communities we serve.
Managing attorney Andrew Liput is a founding board member and Executive Director of Bridge the Gap!, an IRS recognized 501c3 charitable organization registered as a charity in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. BTG raises funds to help children and families in need, and their biggest ongoing project is one that provides food every month to families who are suffering in these difficult economic times. Liput Law Offices donates ten percent (10%) of its profits to support community programs to help those in need.
Since October 2008 we have helped purchase and distribute thousands of bags and boxes of free food to needy families in New Jersey, and beginning in April 2009 we began supporting Freedom Ministries of Newark, NJ and Real Life Church of Parsippany, NJ in their faith-based efforts to feed and clothe the poor, and provide rehabilitation assistance to people suffering from substance abuse in New Jersey. Their weekly food and clothing distribution ministry is located at 92 North Beverwyck Road in Parsippany, NJ. You will find members of our firm there every Saturday from 10 am until 1pm.
In addition we encourage our attorneys to do pro bono and reduced fee work on behalf of clients who cannot afford to pay for our legal services. Every year we provide people in our community with reduced fee services and free legal advice and representation, voluntarily, as a commitment to assist those who need help but cannot afford to pay for a lawyer.
